Enloe Dam Removal (Washington) — Feasibility study of environmental impacts to aquatic resources from Enloe Dam removal

Spring Chinook habitat supplementation (California) — Assess Chinook spawning habitat carrying capacity of Feather River habitat supplementation project to evaluate regulatory compliance.

Subsea Fibre Optic Cable Permit Feasibility Study (California; Hawaii) — Permitting, regulatory and environmental compliance assessment for subsea fiber optic cable project

Yanacocha Lagoon ecological impact compen project (Peru) — Develop an aquatic habitat compensation plan to offset loss of Yanacocha Lagoon due to mine tailings being deposited into the lagoon. The effects of the lagoons loss will be offset by either developing a new lagoon nearby, or enhancing the productivity of other nearby lagoons. The area is home to endemic pupfish (genus Orestias) which are rare and live in highly specialized environments.

Western Water Project (US West Coast) — Environmental and fishery impact assessment for project proposing to convey freshwater from the Columbia River through a subsea aqueduct that would run down the US West Coast to Central California.

Offshore Wind Development Planning in Oregon Call Areas (Oregon) — Permitting roadmap, fishery and tribal impact assessment of offshore wind off of Oregon

Assessment of suitability of catch and release recreational fishing in Marine Protected Areas (Global) — Analysis of regulatory and scientific requirements for recreational fisheries in global marine protected areas.

Oregon Production Index Coho Population Assessment (Pacific Northwest) — Developed tools built in R to automate analysis and documentation of coho salmon abundance, fishery impact assessment and forecasting.

Environmental assessment of offshore wind in Pacific US Territories (Pacific Islands) — Produced a report assessing monitoring needs for marine life during offshore wind development in US Pacific, including Hawaii and territories.

Community Offshore Wind (New Jersey) — Develop fishery protection plan for offshore wind project off of New Jersey

Climate Change risk assessment — Developed a toolbox in R for climate change risk assessments using IPCC forecast models.

Novacastrian Wild (Australia) — Drafted marine biological survey and commercial fishery risk plans offshore wind project off of New South Wales, Australia
